Ball Mastery

Learn how to manipulate the soccer ball for every game day situation. Players will walk away from the ball mastery sessions with the confidence to receive the ball in tight spaces, take players on in a 1v1 situation and play at an increased speed.

Performance, Acceleration, Conditioning and Ergonomics (PACE)

Develop peak performance and learn the ‘why’ and ‘how’ behind game specific exercises. Players will push themselves to the limit in these sessions and will come away with a greater understanding of how to reach peak performance. These sessions will also prepare players for the spring season, giving them a head start amongst their teammates.

Mini Ball Technical Work

Reach peak technical ability with our mini ball sessions. Training with the mini balls will help players develop a precise first touch, ultimate ball control and the comfort to seamlessly move the ball from one foot to the other in any game situation.

World Cup 3 v 3's

The popular soccer game played by players on the streets worldwide is a brilliant way for players to experience all game day skills in a practice environment. Players will compete, gain confidence, apply their 1v1 skills, possess the ball, communicate with their teammates, learn how to win with respect and hold their heads high when they lose. Some would argue that the countries where players play world cup on the streets produce the greatest players, most notably Brazil and France.

Thursday January 11th through Thursday February 29th (8 weeks).

Strikers VS GK’s

Strikers will learn many different shooting techniques like the ‘knuckle’ technique Ronaldo uses and how to finish in any situation like Haaland. Strikers will be taught timing, composure and will shoot from different ranges and angles.

GK’s will get practice saving different types of shots in different scenarios from different angles, learn how a striker will make their striking decisions and learn shot stopping techniques that will take their gameday performances to the next level.

Total Training

Total Training is a program focused on travel level-based sessions covering the fundamentals of the game and general tactical topics.

The fundamentals of the game cover dribbling, running with the ball, passing, receiving, shooting, defending and goalkeeper basics. The tactical areas of the game involve defending and attacking as a unit, phases, and system of play.

The players currently on the travel program can utilize this program as a supplemental training session to improve on their fundamentals of the game.

Those players on recreation, looking to progress to a more competitive level of play, will find it beneficial into potentially playing travel soccer in the near future.

Saturday January 6th through Saturday March 2nd (8 weeks, skip January 13th).
